Geeske Harmens lived in Gerkesklooster and got this book in 1764, gift, probably from her parents on the occasion of her confession. On the silver centerpiece on the front is the coat of arms. From the written family records show That Geeske was born in 1746 and married in 1768 Herring Klases. They had five children and died in 1794. The ditches and the silver fittings are made by Peter Martens, silversmith in Kollum from 1748 until 1781. Master Sign: PM / Year Letter: L
